What is the bug:
I have a liquid transfer node over top of an infinite water source and it does not transfer water. I have the transfer node with a couple of pieces of transfer pipe into a tank (tried a Tank from OpenBlocks as well as a Portable Tank from Thermal Expansion and even the Tank from BC Factory).
How can I transfer water?
