What is the bug:
Blue power cables are currently buggy and do not always transmit. I genenally now have to avoid the cables from blue power as they are so buggy.
Trying to connect up Bluestone wire to a lamp would not transmit a redstone signal.

Yes it can be repeated and is fairly annoying to say the least and means you end up having to just switch to using redstone.
