What is the bug:
I've unlocked every GT transmutation and performed them all and scanned every relevant block directly associated with those metals (e.g. bismuth ingot, block of bismuth, bismuth ore, bismuth nuggets) and the research for Advanced Metal Transmutation (and, further, Aluminium Transmutation) are not unlocking. I'm not sure if this is a bug or if a very specific item needs to be scanned in order to unlock it..
