What is the bug:
Generate any BiomesOPlenty world, find Grasslands biome.
Without fail, except for an occasional Thaumcraft Greatwood tree or Natura Sakura tree, EVERY TREE in the biome is an IC2 Rubber Tree.
If you disable Natura/Thaumcraft, it's every tree, no exception.

Happens in any world you find a grasslands biome in.
