two suggestion that may help update to a newer forge and use a auto restart 3times a day......seems a lot of mod packs with 70 plus mods are getting CPU run up after 30 days.

well I had this a couple days ago I turned off both and I have no more spam that all I can say my server console was getting spammed with the same writing nbt, generatedTown: false saveFolder: G:\MechanicalTitanServer\.\world\CoroUtil\World\ after disabling no more spam

then disable coroutili that is what spamming you console ...:)
