Had the same a couple of times. It seems to happen most often when I afk and tab out of the game (while keeping it running). I've put the issue on github. You can restore the QuestProgress.json file (under your save folder) from a backup.- Quadran

Love your work on GT5U so when I saw you posted your own pack I immediately gave it a go. Whats the best way to report issues to you? Got a github page somewhere?
