Have you tried increasing the amount of RAM in your startup script? It's an OutOfMemoryError, but I don't know if this is caused by something else. Please post your java version also.

In your client launcher on your computer, change the filters to "Server" and it'll give you a button to download the server pack you need. You can then copy the link location from your browser downloads - that way you can wget it through a terminal session, or whatever it is you're trying to do.
