I have the same issue which i had somehow fixed but my FTB crashed 2 days ago and now i have that same shity problem once again. In my case, AE2 state I am missing 16 block & items. However, i'm the server admin and i downloaded fresh copy of the server config & mod folder to replace my client...

This is a long shot but what if you use an IC2 Fluid Canner?

Ok..so i just noticed i have 2 AE2 config on the server. Which one is the good one? - The one with the Capitalized letters (AppliedEnergistics2) or - The one with the small letters (appliedenergistics2) because i'm gonna remove the bad one...

Yah, just noticed that in my config folder, AE2 was named with all small letters (appliedenergistics2) while on the server, it's "AppliedEnergistic2". I modified my own to reflect the server. We'll see how it goes.

Yep, i only changed the config & Script. Apparently, from the log, the problem seems to be comming from AE2. I'm looking through this forum to try and recall what was the problem...

Now i'm gonna try to roll back to the previous version (V0.64.0) and see if this fixes the problem. Edit: Well that didn't work out so well. So i wiped the slate clean. Reinstalled V0.64.0.1 Then i re-uploaded the config/script folder. - Fatally missing block.

Well something else seems to have gone wrong... Twitch gave me an update (V0.64.0.1) to do for FTN so i did. Afterward, i took my config & Script files and uploaded them to my server. Now when i try to log on, i'm "Fatally missing block". So i tried downloading the Config, Mods & script folder...

So i tried modifying the MouseTweak config. DIdn't help, as usual...Which in a way is normal because the config are as they should be in the first place. For some reason, it's as if it didn't detect MouseTweak even though it is installed. But anyhow, i've deleted my Twitch profile for FTN and...

To add on to this. I'm back with the problem of the dragging multiple items by holding L-Shift + L-Click (MouseTweak) from inventory to inventory. I'm gonna come on your server to see if it's only on my side (again) and edit this post afterward. Edit: Or maybe not, can't seem to access your server.

lol, i forgot about Creper spawner. That's something that doesn't usually happen in Vanilla MC if i'm not mistaken but with Lycanite's mobs, such spawner are a thing XD...And for those unfamiliar with it, Lycanite bring spawner from about any mobs you can think of unless i'm mistaken.

I would say that a good first step to troubleshoot would be to move to another biome. See if it happens there aswell. Different biomes spawn different monster in some cases.
