How do I make Cloud half slabs using Forge Multipart. I've tried the ruby hand saw but its not working. I see them in NEI so there must be a way?

So trying to make some stairs out of nature clouds. I can see the cloud block slabs in NEI but when I attempt to use the handsaw, I'm unable to make them. Is there a different way I'm not seeing?
