The redstone one was by 1.0.4, I noticed that much. I'm wondering if the fluiduct recipes are bugged or disabled, as I have the hardened glass and the invar blend yet still can't seem to make any hardened fluiducts.

There's not much that FTB can do about it. The modding community is moving forward to 1.7. The only way FTB can stay relevant is by moving to it. Just like the move to 1.6 though, the older packs will still be on the launcher and can still be used.

The MFR Liquid Routers recipe appears to take Multimeters instead of Redstone Repeaters? Not sure if this is a bug or not but seems like it is since multimeters are from a different mod. In version 1.0.10.

The difference between cart tool maintenance and power though is that you can set up infrastructure to automate power production, but there's no way to fully automate tool repair. Eventually you will come back to a cart that is cutting down nothing but still driving around and burning up fuel.
