i think i found the reason of the lag, i used OPIS to locate the Forced Chunks (chunk loaders), and some peoples are using chicken bones's chunks, the problem is that they are using a large range, someone is using a large sphere shape chunk loader and another is using a square shape chunkloader...

you should remove some of the mods to make more server friendly, or maybe change some configs
