What you could try is deleting all the Java's on your computer and installing one again.

That will probly be the only version installed on your computer So yes

If you open the FTB launcher under options there should be down below a big button next to the java version. If you Click that one it should open up all java versions including the path he looks for it

I can see you have multiple Java's installed at this moment Could you possibly uninstall the different versions and install just One 64bit and one 32bit? Somthimes that causes problems for java Applications

To be honest i fear your computer is lacking the Processing power it needs to Run all the different Mods simultaneously in a fluent way. There might be some tweaks you can do with some java arguments but don't expect miracles Here is an example of those Java Arguments ...

Depending on what you created in the world any version could work but could also not work. What ever you do First backup all the server filles. So that you can update safely and in case it does not work with the specific update you can always roll back to your backup.

In your FTB options tab there is a limitation set on the Maximum amount of Ram the game is allowed to use. Try bumping that up to 3G's. On the side do you have the 64 or the 32 java version? To have the game running smooth 64bit version is prefered.
