Hello - Sorry for the recent downtime, the server just froze (no apparent reason, it's not a OOM) It's back up now, not much progress should have been lost since we have automatic world saving every 15 minutes.

It seems you need a dynamic dns service, here are some free ones: http://www.noip.com/ http://dnsdynamic.org/ https://freedns.afraid.org/ http://www.twodns.de/ You set these up so that a (sub-)domain always points at your home IP, then you let people connect to that.
