    Creeper share won't be work'in

    I have a tier 5 creeper shard and it won't work. It was on solid ground and even when the fires came out, no creeper came out. The server isn't peaceful, and the creeper soul shard isn't banned either. Anyone got a link of an idea of helping me?

    Creeper shard

    when i use my tier 5 creeper soul shard, it make the big fire thing, but no creepers come out. it is on solid ground, and it isnt on peaceful. anyone got ideas why this is happening?
