Does anybody know what the hydro blades for the adventure backpack mod do?
I crafted them thinking that it would make me faster in water but I don't know how to activate it.
Have you tried simply jetpacks? The jetpacks have various speed increases as you go up tiers. The resonant one is so fast you can't even load chunks fast enough.
You can get into creative+ mode by clicking the creative button in the top left for NEI. If this isn't visible you need to go into NEI options and change to cheat mode (pay attention to if you're in global or world settings in the top right). Can't check the exact button names as I'm at work.
