"Chisels & Bits - For Forge" is in the FTB Infinity Lite 1.10 version. Not sure if it was removed in lieu of "Forge Microblocks".
The micro blocks are nice and defiantly do have a place in building but you will never be able to get as much detail into a build as you could with Chisels & Bits...
