    Problem Installer losing connection for download

    So running the installer wizard start the download of Java runtime environment, I am sure this is not my internet (Steam is working just fine), the download starts at a crawling 0.5 Mb/s (my normal is 25 Mb/s) and later loses the connection after slowing to 50 Kb/s. is this a host server problem...
