    Well Shockbyte has bad customer support. BisectHosting has a generally good reputation. Google "bisecthosting reddit" and you'll see a couple positive threads. This BisectHosting Review also said they had good reputation as well. Their support is good.

    Buy a cheap server from either Shockbyte or BisectHosting for $2.50/month. Go for the 1 GB option, that should be good enough for only two people.

    yeah, I was gonna say Shockbyte isn't really known for their customer service as you can see in this Shockbyte review They simply can't afford good customer service due to the low price. You get what you pay for.
