You can try but I think that there's a mod causing that , or like I said the host that you're paying for is not good enough.
Maybe if I check your modpack I can try to solved it before you move on to a lighter version.
I runned out of ideas,
Maybe if you turned off the fancy graphics , the lava, sky, set your fps to max , turned off the vsync, before you created the world.
That means that the host / server cannot handle as many mods at the same time or that the host hardware is failing,
Me and friends have played with 4 GB of host and 150+ mods without problems.
