weird , you tried put lower than 9gb ? like 4.. or 2 :? may the system have priority and cause glitch. (well .. it's guesswork, but I have already seen this glitch in another game, solved by reinstall)

didn't know the old FTB launcher work .. ( it dosnt on my comp. ) you can use " Browse "under Modpacks on the new app ( they all not there. ), also the " Twitch app" have problem but it work for the old pack ( need to dl the special forge ver/pack sometimes ) but it work with all old pack and...
