    Omnia Skipping/Low Frames

    I just started a play through of Omia and my game is very laggy. It seems like I'm getting maybe 20-50 frames, but in game it shows I'm getting ~100 frames. I have a Radeon 5700 Gpu and a Ryzen 7 2700x cpu with 16G of ram. I've also allocated 8G of ram for the game. I set all settings to fast...
