I read through it and it seems to be crashing while rendering a Tinker's construct item. I googled around and somehow there seems to be an interference between tinkers and mekanism
I'm on a server with friends and my game keeps crashing after about 2-5 minutes after logging on to it
I've tried loads of solutions but nothing is working
