Thanks for your reply, it wasnt peaceful mode, apparently the modpack has a 60 block radius around spawn where monsters cant spawn! I moved it further away and it's working just fine :)
This is essentially the setup, its getting power and going up to 100% just fine. It's trying to spawn zombies, but they just dont appear. What could be the issue?
