Sounds similar to an issue I had. Try running the installer in windows compatibility mode. I set mine for Windows 7 and run as administrator when it would not run as Windows 10.
I am having trouble installing. All I am able to do is select the D:\ drive. The console appears and a bunch of errors occur. does anyone have suggestions?
