Seems like a fairly decent mod-pack, seems to be a bit lite on the amount of mods but you have a decent amount of good coremods (interesting tiered mods ie buildcraft,ic2, factorization etc). Try the underground biomes mod, it adds a good amount of new stone/cobblestone that looks good.

I have seen some youtube videos where NEI is able to show the amount of liquid in a container such as a forestry squeezer or a carpenter. I tried to look through the NEI configs but found nothing for this option. Now I am turning to you the forum people for help.
