Doesn't seem to be a recipe for Tritanium dust. The item exists and can be smelted, but you can't grind, crush, or purify Tritanium ore into it.

That's not the bug. That's a simple graphical bug which I've also experienced. This is an actual loss of the mana points. You cannot use the spells afterwards.
