I personally run a Mindcrack pack server but, if you are having issues I would recommend trying to see if your bukkitforge is up to date. By this I mean maybe try installing a bunch of different ones or doing a bit of research and trying to find what BukkitForge version goes with the DireWolf20...

Ill give you what I personally did for my server to fix this problem. -Install BukkitForge -Install World Edit Simple as that, all you have to do for Bukkitforge is stop the server put it in 'coremods' then run the server then put World Edit in the 'plugins' folder :).
