So far I haven't gotten the radio to work on a server at all, so I'm guessing that there's an actual problem/bug with it in the DW20 pack.
Adding stations is easy enough, just do it like this:
S:radioStations <
"http://URL_GOES_HERE;Name of 1st Station;Blue"...
