It seems like i am having the same issue.
Still running 2.1.1 over here but when i click rightmouse or "unclaiming" a chunk, unclaims all chunks.
The GUI hows that only the selected chunk is unclaimed but the counter is saying 0/1000
When you close the GUI and re-open it. all chunks are gone...
