Fixed the Problem.
The error was caused by worldeditcui.config.json.
The json file was full with null, null....
Just deleted it and all works fine for me now :)

Hello,
everytime i try to start a game the game closes with "Shutting down internal Server!".
I run FTB with 6,5GB reserved RAM.
