    Resolution: I finally figured what was happening. The FTB launcher could not distinguished between my video cards. I added the FTB launcher to the Nvidia global processor and everything loads just fine.

    These are all the steps I took, uninstalled/reinstalled FTB, uninstalled/reinstalled Infinity, moved the FTB folder to %appdata%, ran the FTB launcher as Admin, downgraded Java to 7_54, upgraded to 8_80, updated my vid card to the latest driver, and tried other platforms. I honestly think...

    I did that as well, but when I launched a SPM world, my fps tanked constantly to 0 and game play was non-existence.
