To be correct, it's actually a combination of the two; there is a cap. The speed given by extra redstone though is better than what you get from stonebound on a normal mining trip iirc. You get a speed boost from blocking attacks and there is a chance that you get a critical hit ( even on hits...

How will more durability be better than more speed (that you get from the extra modifier)? You already have basically infinite durability anyways...

Overall pretty nice, but there were a couple of things that you could've done to make your life a bit easier. Also, it only works on the first 3 monitors placed in the world...

Yeah, now it's stonebound 2 not 3 :/ and it's weighted, so if you have full ardite you have 2.0, half 1.0, etc.

Hammers have so much durability that it's not even funny, writable is more worth it than the durability, trust me.

I think it's about 1.25x, and while that may seem low, trust me, these pickaxes have so much durability that you'll never run out with a bit of moss on it. I consider speed a much larger priority.

If you have Thaumcraft 3 installed, I'd recommend Cobalt/Paper/Thaumium, as it gives an extra modifier (in addition to the paper modifier).
