    That still doesn't mean that people can't play the way they want to. If anything, at best it's a suggestion for playing the way it was intended by the mod's author. But it's the player's singleplayer experience and I don't see why they can't tweak a few things if they feel it will be more fun...

    Are there any good ways to turn in a large amount of contracts at once? I have about 700 crates of iron blocks and it's a bit tedious to turn them in one at a time. Maybe add some 25x or 50x crate quests?

    I'm getting a crash (well, Minecraft just closes completely with no report) when a Jengu from Lycanite's Mobs shoots its water projectile. Turned them off in the configs, hopefully that will help.
