Possibly some chunks are messed up, or a mod might be conflicting with it. Try removing mods and working with the world, if that doesn't work, you might needa revert to a new world :/

One of the mods you added were causing issues with other mods. Try removing some mods and see if it works! On the other hand, if your client can run it fine, then try adding more RAM to the server
