Just to clarify. Are you saying that if you tried to move a block into the storage cell and it didn't (Because of whitelist), the space where it should have moved into cannot have a block placed there?

What is the bug:
There is a conflicting recipe for Witchery snow slabs and Vanilla snow layers. There are already two other snow "slabs" in this pack, Railcraft and Microparts.
