If the only thing you're missing is enough lumens, the table would still let you start the crafting process, it would just never finish due to lack of lumens. There is something else not letting you craft.

Looks like you're missing progression from breaking a crystal bee hive.

Make sure dragonapi is also up to date, other than that you can post the output of /chromaprog debug all, then I'm out of ideas.

That was happening to me on v14, are you absolutely sure you're on v15?

One potion crystal is enough, make the iridescent crystal chunk and then check your fragments.

Are you running v15a? There was a dependency loop in v14 that got fixed. Also, have you made an iridescent crystal chunk?

If it makes you feel any better, the ocean temple doesn't gate anything until much much later (although it does have a lot of fragments), so I recommend doing fun things in the mod instead of worrying about the temple for now.
