    I just disabled all mods, and the world is still crashing... must just be an unfixable part of the world, but I'd still like to figure out what's causing it so the next world generated doesn't have this problem.

    Nope, still crashing. EDIT: Also crashing with rotarycraft & thaumcraft removed.
