I have one question about Material Energy^4. Why are there so many Mini Me rewards in the reward bags? This is what I did with them...

Then when I used the creative flux capacitor to charge my leadstone energy cell, it turned it into a creative energy cell.

In the HQM quest "Take it with you", which is part of the technology quests, it gave me a creative Flux capacitor instead of a hardened one.
