I was going to say my AV didn't flag anything in it's logs. Is there anything I can do to resolve on my end?

Rendering issues really are generally not modpack related. I'd compare video settings between your other packs and this one and see if you have any differences.

You didn't mention before you were using Optifine. This throws everything out the window when it comes to troubleshooting. Glad it's working.

Turn advanced OpenGL off. Try it that way. I believe that in newer versions of Minecraft this option was removed for a reason. Causes some strange issues with rendering.

What do you have your render distance set to? Do you have Advanced OpenGL on or off?

Please see comment three messages above. In reply to your first comment. Looks like known interaction between the mods. Not much that can be done by this modpack author. If I had to guess it's something that would need to be fixed by the Reliquary author to whitelist golems.

Nope unless you have a chunk loader of course. Only inside machines are self loaded.

I didn't know these were a thing. Are they brighter than normal torches? Bright enough to prevent spawns?

Edited to remove unnecessary rant. Sorry about that one. I'm getting the same weird lighting glitches ReauxTzunami is getting. Lights that are there but not. Causing areas to appear to be lit but are really dark. I have submitted an Issue to your GitHub page about this.

Compact machines cannot spawn mobs of any sort on their own. Powered spawners will work but not passive spawning.

I believe there's a quest that walks you through creating magmatic orbs and then you put those into your smeltery. From there you can pour it out into a bucket and dump it right back into the smeltery tank. Cheap and easy, need lumite and slime balls if I remember right to make the orbs.
