Yep, that works, placing a small bag in the center with the tanned leather around that makes a big bag. I like that recipe, upgrading my bags now ;) NEI still doesn't show the recipe however.

Bug found, Elmn no longer offers quest dialog on a new game. 2.4.6 fresh install. No HQM book in inventory to begin with either, and can't use the command to start it.

Just found something awesome! The Questgiver Mark is an Amulet item from Botania. Purely cosmetic, but still neat! GO, you should totally use these on the NPCs. Assuming that they have an Amulet Baubles slot.

I checked my copy of the Artifacts.cfg file and the black and whitelists were both set to false. They also did not list dim 100 or 101. If that was intended then never mind ;) Edit: Also, were these always this big and I never noticed? Need new glasses!

Something minor found: when given the list of travel locations from Ahab, WyvernHaven has an _ after it.

Just a little update on the duplicate bandits issue, I was able to trap the twins and kill them one at a time. When one of the twins died, the other died also, despite being on the opposite side of the cave. Not sure if that helps or not but there you go.
