I noticed that none of the Buildcraft oil or fuel will work in the Ender IO combustion generator. I wonder if this is intended.
Edit: It looks like it's a build craft integration issue with the fuel registry according to the Ender IO GitHub. It looks like it will be updated post 6.1 fuel...
