    I've come up with a temporary fix that can be done by the server owners. In the NEIServer.cfg add 13384:37, 13384:45, 13384:47, 13384:49, and 13384:55 to the banned blocks list. This will prevent users from seeing the bugged items in the NEI panel, which will prevent the rest of their items...
