    I've found from a fresh install of 1.4, SpawnConfiguration.txt isn't located in the template folder at all, so perhaps this is the issue people are running into. If you install 1.3, then upgrade to 1.4, then there are no issues with spawning, either with old saves or ones newly created in 1.4...
