Thanks, that worked :) Actually, I didn't even put a tiny charge in, I just equipped it, so the energy bar appeared. It seems that the quest only accepts fully depleted jetpacks, but not freshly crafted unworn depleted ones.

I have a problem finishing the "Armorsmith" quest - the quest book does not detect the armored resonant jetpack. I tried manually detecting it fully depleted, fully charged, with all 4 different particle effects, having it in the toolbar, in my inventory and equipped. I also restarted the game...
