    And it appears the root cause is RotaryCraft. Turn these flood lights off pointing in the opposite direction from this 350 by 128 area and now it's normal FPS again.

    Will do, I'll give those a try. As for the Opis mod, it was previously enabled and I tried disabling it to process of elimination to attempt to establish a root cause, no change. Thank you!
