I've been playing minecraft with mods for a while now and I've noticed a lot of packs for 1.7.2 are private or very limited. With 1.7.10 out it seems like many packs are still stuck back in the previous versions.
I'm interested in putting together a tech favoring pack for 1.7.2 or 1.7.10 and...
