I've also been noticing this, and it seems to happen most when I use the Warp Book to teleport to a far-off chunk--I come back to find the idle timer frozen and only reloading or destroying the block starts it back up again.

Got two crashes, the second right after reloading from the first crash (which might be what caused it, in which case, just ignore). Thought it might be interesting.

Using pollen on trees doesn't seem to work anymore (nothing happens). At first I thought it was only "untyped" pollen, but it seems to be happening to the Blue Mahoe too.

Research bug in Thaumcraft: Volatus can't be obtained due to conflict with Tempestas. Reading the TC thread claims that this was fixed in 4.1.0g which is the version the pack has, but was it really or was there some other problem?
