Has nothing to do with being a grinch. Not everyone celebrates Christmas and it would be nice not to have someone else's beliefs forced upon me. Would you want to deal with holiday themes on every Jewish, Muslim, etc holiday? An option to turn off the content would of been great.

The holiday content is worse then a virus. I copied and renamed images in the jar so when it applied the xmas images it showed the default chest texture. Few hours later my turtles were wearing red hats.. ended up just turning my system time back a month. If I wanted to be a part of the holidays...
