Same problem actually exists in the first Witchery Quest, however this one is possible to be completed, you just have to know what to craft :) However I guess it should just be changed to a reverse trigger :)

I'm having some trouble with the Certuz Certification quest, seems that it's for some reason set to "trigger" quest, but as the only task is a consume task, this makes it pretty much impossible. I guess either the Reputation Req should be added to the quest and the pre-requisite hidden quest...

Obsidian works fine! It's not 100%, but definately possible. Tall Grass is wrong, it's The Grass Block, also Works. And yep you end up with 2 wands
