Really hope that i could help you but i've got no idea.. Though i'm pretty sure the 'leaking world' is of no part in the crashing because after fixing my problem, i still get the 'leaking world' but i can still play on 55+ FPS..

So far so good! 15 minutes of gameplay and i haven't crashed yet... Although the FPS are a little lower than i would've preferred but i think i can live with it. Thank you very much! :D
